BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP RESUMES AT ESSEX LIBRARY

Grieving is tough – but you don’t have to go it alone. The Essex Library will resume hosting a Bereavement Support Group on the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of every month at 5 p.m. in the Library. Masks are required. Leadership for the group will be provided by Reverend Ken Peterkin, minister at the First Congregational Church in Essex. The group is free and open to all. If you’re struggling with loss – of a spouse, a parent or other family member, or a close friend – please consider joining in on a meeting; sometimes just having a place to share our feelings makes them easier to bear. No advance registration is necessary.
