Dogs on the Dock

The waterfront lawn of the Connecticut River Museum will once again be “going to the dogs” with the commencement of the 15th Annual “Dogs On The Dock” parade and competition. Dog owners and dog lovers alike are invited to attend rain or shine. Dog participant registration starts at 1:00 pm followed by a blessing of the dogs and the lawn parade at 2:00 pm and then individual canine competitions in categories such as best costume, best nautical costume, best owner look-alike, smallest dog, biggest dog, best trick and best dock jumping. Dock jumping dogs must wear a harness to participate.
Net proceeds of the event are being donated to area pet organizations.
All dogs must have a 2019 license and rabies tag to participate.
Registration on site at 1:00. $10 per dog, $5 per additional dog.
