Founded in Ivoryton in 2016, Brickside Pizza began as a small family-owned takeout shop built on a passion for wood-fired pizza, quality ingredients, and tradition. What started in a tiny space with big dreams has grown through years of hard work, support from the community, and a commitment to making great food the right way.

At Brickside, craftsmanship is at the heart of everything we do. We make many of our ingredients in-house, including our dough, sauce, pesto, meatballs, and chicken. Everything in our kitchen is cooked in our traditional wood burning oven. We believe simple ingredients, consistency, and attention to detail make all the difference.

Over the past 10 years, Brickside has become more than just a pizza shop to us, it’s become part of the Ivoryton community. We’re incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received from our customers, neighbors, friends, and local businesses along the way.

This new restaurant marks an exciting new chapter for our family. After years of operating as a small takeout location, we’re thrilled to create a space where people can gather, relax, and enjoy the full Brickside experience together.
