Tucked into the heart of Centerbrook, our cozy shop is packed with big flavors.   Our shelves are filled with thoughtfully selected cheeses and meats from New England and around the world – from fresh, creamy chevre to beautifully aged wheels of Gouda.    Not sure where to start?  That’s our specialty.  We love teaching people about cheese and helping them taste their way to a new favorite.  Alongside the cheese, you’ll find a delightful selection of crackers, preserves, chocolates, honey, and other pantry favorites that pair perfectly with each wedge. Or browse our isles for fresh pastas, and olive oils, specialty vinegars and so much more!
