Birds & Notes Workshop at Spectrum Art Gallery

Choose from chickadees, cardinals, barn swallows, blue birds or crows for your bird line up. Instructor helps you create a painterly sky for your birds. Then with twine add a line for them to rest on. After the lines are in place cutout bird silhouettes to settle your birds onto the message line …. tiny cloth pins included. Time to get out of the house and have fun with other creative folks. No experience necessary just a creative spirit! All materials supplied by instructor. Wear smock or clothes to paint in.

For Teaching Artist, Julianna Cameron, art has always been her way of life. She graduated from the Hartford Art School in 1981 with a degree in Fine Arts and worked professionally as a graphic designer | art director for 15 years. She returned to Colchester, CT with her husband Mark to settle on the family farm and raise her children Timothy and Sierra. She started Julianna Design in 1993 specializing in advertising campaigns, company logos, brochures, print advertising, commission work and special projects.
