Creating a Pine Needle Basket Intensive

Participants learn the ancient craft of coiling with long leaf pine needles from the southern coastal regions that have been treated with glycerin to make them soft, flexible and glisten. There will be several different types of bases to choose from for your basket. Instructor will demonstrate several stitches used in the craft of coiling. The addition of beads and colorful wraps can be incorporated to make each basket unique. Refrigeration is available for personal snacks or drinks throughout the day. Register early to create this one-of-a kind home décor piece.
