It’s All About the Reds: A Passion for Pinot

Oregon is known for producing world-class Pinot Noirs and Wine Enthusiast called out Willamette Valley Vineyards specifically as “one of America’s great Pinot Noir producers”. Three Pinot Noirs will be featured, each of which exude a sense of place from this distinctive Oregon winery. In addition, the Inn’s Executive Chef will provide small plates for pairing and comment on creating a menu that is well-matched with the featured wines. This event includes a brief cooking demonstration. The fee for participation is $20 and advance reservations are required, 860.767.1776.
