Nature Painting with the Steward Outdoor Day School

Program for kids age 5-10.
Explore and learn with Ann Courcy of the Steward Outdoor Day School. Children will closely observe coneflowers (echinacea) with a magnifying lens and share observations with the group. Each child will refer to the observations as they paint their own coneflower watercolor painting!
Steward Outdoor Day School, located in Ivoryton, CT, is a program of Incarnation Center, a non-profit 501(c)(3) with a 130+ year legacy of delivering life-changing education, retreat and camping programs to thousands of youth and adults from across the country and around the world each year.
Essex Library programs are free and open to the public.
