1st course
Eggplant caponata
Brie, arugula and radish, lemon vinaigrette
Grilled peach, prosciutto and goat cheese crostini
2nd course
Gruyere, spinach and roasted cherry tomato stuffed pork chop over spring pea risotto and pomegranate reduction
3rd course
vanilla sponge cake and lemon mousse trifle
each course will be accompanied by a wine chosen by Chef Mellie
