Morning Meditation at The Pratt House

The Pratt House 19 West Avenue, Essex

Please join us for Morning Community Meditation on the grounds at PRATT HOUSE select Saturdays this summer.  We will meet up outside, in the garden (weather permitting) and enjoy the morning air and sounds of nature. Meditation offers so many benefits, including stress reduction, anxiety reduction, improves focus and boost cognitive function. Adding to these benefits- will be our surroundings - one of Essex’s historical and beautiful locations - the grounds of the Pratt House. The June dates are the 14th and 21st at 10 am.  Suggested donation -$10. Lead by Eden of Garden of Readings, start your weekend off with some inner peace & kindness. Eden and I are so excited to be able to provide this activity in such a lovely location.  A huge thank you to the Essex Historical Society. In the event of inclement weather, we will post updates on our IG page by 9 am and will meet at the shop. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, pillow or chair to sit on. We hope you can join us at this meaningful community event.
