Essex Library: Powerful Tools for Caregivers, Mastering Caregiving Decisions (Virtual)

A six-week self-care education program for family caregivers entitled “Powerful Tools for Caregivers.” The Oct. 14 class, which is the last in the series, deals with "Mastering Caregiving Decisions." This virtual program is designed to provide caregivers with tools and strategies to better handle the unique challenges of caring for a loved one. Register for all six sessions HERE. This program is free and open to all regardless of residency. Registration is required for all virtual programs.
