Rotary Club of Essex

The Rotary Club of Essex was chartered in 1955 and help to support local, national and worldwide needs is raised mostly through local fundraising events, primarily our nationally famous Shad Bake. There’s something that all Rotary club members have in common: We take action. As community volunteers, we reach out to neighbors in need. We build, support, and organize. We save lives. We meet every Tuesday at 6:00PM at the Scotch Plains Tavern, unless we have a special event elsewhere. The fellowship created through spending time together, locally and around the world, strengthens our organization and expands the reach of the services we provide.
