Sponzo Interiors

Sponzo Interiors is a full-service interior design studio located in the heart of Essex, Connecticut, creating distinctive, thoughtfully designed homes that bring beauty and ease to everyday living. Led by founder and principal designer Stephanie Sponzo, our team combines a fresh perspective with a deeply personal approach, designing spaces that reflect each client’s taste, personality, and way of life.

Our aesthetic brings together modern sensibility and timeless character, blending custom furnishings, carefully selected materials, and meaningful details. Whether transforming an entire home, reimagining a kitchen or bathroom, or furnishing a new space, we balance visual impact with comfort and functionality.

Our services include space planning, renovation design, finish and lighting selections, custom furnishings, window treatments, art selection, and final styling. From the initial concept through procurement and installation, our team guides the details and coordinates with architects, builders, and trades to bring a cohesive vision to life.

We work with busy professionals, executives, and families who appreciate exceptional design and want an attentive, organized experience. Through clear communication and careful project coordination, we make a complex process feel manageable and rewarding.

Rooted in the Essex community and serving clients throughout Connecticut and beyond, Sponzo Interiors believes a home should feel as inspiring as it is welcoming—a place that is beautifully considered and distinctly yours.
