The EBOT Photo Contest
Submission Guidelines:
- You may enter as many as five photos, using this form each time. (Refresh your screen as needed.)
- There is no restriction on when your photo(s) may have been taken.
- The photo(s) you submit must be your own.
- Your photo(s) must be less than 2 MB in file size*
- Your photo(s) must be a .jpg or .png file format**
- Please limit your image title to 20 characters
* If you need help with reducing file size, click here to upload your photo(s) and specify a maximum pixel size of 1,500 pixels (on width or height, whichever is greater).
** If you need to convert your file(s) to .jpg file format, click here to upload your photo(s) and specify the conversion.

Entry Terms
By entering this contest with your photo submission, you agree to abide by all official contest rules, including eligibility requirements, submission guidelines, deadlines, and any decisions made by the contest organizers. You also grant the Essex Board of Trade the right to repost, share, and display your image on our social media, website, and printed materials for promotional purposes, with credit. Entries must be original work by the submitter and must not infringe on any copyrights or third-party rights. No AI generated images are allowed.
Submission and Deadline Policy
Submissions must be received by July 31 to be eligible. Late or incomplete entries may not be considered.

Voting and Winner Selection
The Essex Board of Trade reserves the right to remove votes deemed suspicious or artificially inflated. The winner will be notified via email or phone on August 11.
Photo Use and Exhibition
The winning photo will be framed and displayed at the Essex Art Association Gallery. No financial compensation will be provided beyond the prize and exhibition opportunity.
Content Guidelines
Photos must be respectful, family-friendly, and free from offensive or discriminatory content. The Essex Board of Trade reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not align with community standards or contest values.
