Adult Yoga – in the Park Weather Permitting

Pre-Registration is required for all 4 weekly sessions. Drop-in is not availableYoga in the park weather permitting –This Yoga Class will introduce students to the many benefits of yoga. It will combine asana (yoga poses), yogic breathing, and meditation. Students will move through a series of postures while maintaining awareness. The class will enhance balance and strength through deep stretching and reflection. Students will learn to apply yoga in everyday life, which will result in a release of stress, an increase in energy, and an improvement in mental clarity. *Please bring your own yoga mat.
