Business Accelerator Coaching Group: Business Foundations.
Do you have a strategic plan for your business in 2017? Do you know where you want your business or non-profit to go but you’re not sure how to get it there? Invest a few hours of your time to assess your business and get a handle on what you can achieve and how to do it!
This is an invitation to join a small confidential group (no more than 12) of local business owners and senior leaders for a day of group coaching focused on building strong foundations of business and your specific challenges and opportunities.
The goal of the group is to:
- Realistically assess the current health of your business;
- Determine its strengths and weaknesses;
- Set strategic plans and goals
- Develop a plan to execute
