Gentle Yoga with Fierce Spirit Yoga

FREELana Bluege of Fierce Spirit Yoga will lead participants in a basic, gentle yoga class focused on mindfulness. This class is for those just starting to learn the practice of yoga, who may not be comfortable with intense movements, or those who are looking for deep relaxation. Gentle yoga helps participants connect and learn about their bodies and mind while promoting flexibility, strength and balance. Please register online, for each session separately. The Library has a limited supply of yoga mats; we suggest bringing your own.
